GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Scope
For all services from H & H Accounting and Tax Services (hereinafter H & H Accounting and Tax Services) to clients, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. A client is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction.
Contractor
The purchase/service contract is concluded with H & H Accounting and Tax Services, owner: Hattie Lupton & Holly Tucker, 2417 Eagle Drive, Del City, OK 73115.
Conclusion of Contract
The calendar of available appointments on the website (www.deathandtaxesOKC.com) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to book an appointment.
By signing the prepared documents (tax returns/etc.), physically or online, you agree that the services have been completed in full. Your purchase/service contract is concluded when we accept your signature and payment.
Right of Withdrawal
As a client (i.e. a natural person who requests the services for a purpose that can be attributed to your personal, commercial, or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a client, make use of your right of withdrawal, you have to bear the regular costs of the return. For the rest, the regulations that are reproduced in detail in the following apply to the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation Policy - Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within twenty-four hours after services have been provided.
The cancellation period is twenty-four hours after services have been provided to you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the documents/services.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned documents or until you have provided proof that you have returned the documents, whichever is earlier.
You have the goods immediately and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to us to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the documents before the period of twenty-four hours after services have been provided, has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the documents.
Prices and Shipping Cost

Payment
Payment on account is only available to consumers over the age of 18. The delivery address, home address, and billing address must all be in United States of America. Payment on account is not available for online services or products (such as software/document downloads) or the purchase of vouchers. When the invoice is received, the payment amount becomes due. H & H Accounting and Tax Services reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods in exceptional circumstances.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Applicable Law
The laws of the United States of America govern and are construed in accordance with these terms, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Trade Commission, which means that you may file a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Terms and Conditions in United States of America.
